Our reliable totes measure 27 x 17 x 12.5” and hold 2.3 cu/ft. Each tote can hold roughly 15 pairs of shoes, 48 books, 40 shirts, 40 pairs of pants, 15 blankets, or a set of pots and pans. They weigh only 8 lbs each and are able to be packed well and efficiently without being too heavy to move.

Yes, someone 18 or older must be present to sign for the totes when they are delivered.

We provide Reliable Tote Rental services to most of the Phoenix-Metro area and surrounding cities within the valley at no charge for delivery/pickup. Please contact us and we will let you know if your location(s) are outside of our free delivery/pickup service area.

No problem! Just contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup date and we will extend your rental duration for an added rate.

No worries! As long as we have more totes available to rent, we will deliver them for a one-time $40 fee plus the added rate for any additional totes. All totes will then be picked up at the same time after you’ve unpacked.

Yes! As long as we have your desired number of totes available to be rented, we can deliver same-day for a 20% Fee of the total rental cost. There is no fee for next-day delivery as long as we have your desired number of totes available to be rented.

No Tape Ever Again! Our reliable totes have an attached easy inter-locking lid so nothing extra is needed to seal them - simply fold the lid over and you’re done! They are also durable, water-resistant, stackable and resistant to impact, but you are more than welcome to use packing paper or bubble wrap for your fragile items. We can provide packing materials for you if needed, just let us know.

Yes! All totes and dollies are cleaned and sanitized after each use before they are delivered.

Yes! Unlike other providers, we believe everyone should be able to use Reliable Tote Rental to make their move easy, even if there’s more work for us. If you have stairs, elevators or long walkways, there is simply a small added fee (This also applies to pickup).

Simply let us know that you are ready for them to be picked up early and we will pick them up at our earliest availability. No refund is provided if totes are returned prior to their scheduled pickup date.

You will pay in full over the phone with one of our professional team members when you make your reservation. Your card will be securely saved on file with full encryption via our payment processing partner, Square, to allow for any future additional charges to be easily processed.

Please let us know ASAP if you need to reschedule your delivery and we will do our absolute best to accommodate you within our schedule. If you reschedule at least 3 days prior to your scheduled delivery day, there is no fee. If you reschedule within 2 days or less of your delivery day, you will be charged a fee in the amount of 15% of the total rental cost.

Please let us know ASAP if you need to cancel. As long as you cancel your reservation at least 5 Days prior to your scheduled delivery day, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel within 4 days or less of your scheduled delivery day, you will be charged 30% of the total rental cost. If you cancel within 2 Hours of your scheduled delivery time, you will be charged 50% of the total rental cost.
